Booking an instructional session with one of our tile professionals will save you from the hassle of watching 15 YouTube videos and STILL not being sure of the proper procedure.

Or staff will be able to pair you with the best products for your job and your budget then we will go the extra step to be sure you know how to properly use and install them!

What to Bring

There are a few items and some bits of information you will need to bring along that will not only be helpful in planning your design, but will also help us keep focused on your planned budget.

If it’s a shower pan we’re working on, we’ll need a footprint of the shower floor. After you’ve booked your appointment, we will email you a form to fill out with the correct measurements to bring with you.

Are you wanting to do a small herringbone pattern on your kitchen backsplash? Maybe you’re thinking about installing 24”x 48” porcelain slabs on your shower walls. Bring some design ideas along so we can get you pointed in the proper direction.

For Backsplashes, tub surrounds, or a troubling floor surface, simply take some photos of your work area and bring the corresponding measurements of the area you wish to tile.

Other things that we will ask are, “What year was your house built?” and “Do you have any tile tools or do you own a wet saw?”  Take an inventory so we also know what you don’t need!
