Popped into the store to look around and get ideas for a new home build. Loved their selection and quality, which is a BIG deal because I am very picky. Owner was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase

The entire Team at Tile for Less has been awesome to work with. Michelle helped us with design ideas and final design and placement. Her insight was exceptional and took our blank spaces to stunning. Matt has come through again and again with helping our installer and us in a pinch. We used more tile than planned and Matt parted with his display tiles so we could get the job finished. And Antonio has been a steady source of support, careful packaging, helping us pull it all together. Tile for Leas is a dream team and we are thrilled to support a locally owned small business. Their customer service and pricing can’t be beat!

I had bought shower wall tile from Floor and Decor 2 yrs ago and needed more. Went to the SLC store and was told they didn’t carry it anymore and there was nothing they could do. Blank stares. They made NO effort to try and problem solve with me and come up with any other solutions. I drove over to Tile for Less and Michelle immediately said, well, let’s see what we can figure out.” She then came up with a whole solution to my problem. She was fantastic. The experience was great and I immediately had an answer to what I thought was a disaster. I will only shop at Tile for Less in the future. I would encourage anyone to drive right past Floor and Decor and go see the team of helpful folks at Tile for Less!

Owners are super nice and were very helpful. We came in for our fireplace surround/hearth and have never worked with tile before. Matt walked us through some tile options, got us all the materials and tools we needed, didn’t try to upsell us on anything, AND had a tile saw for us to rent. We got everything we needed and were in and out in 20 minutes. He talked us through how to do everything as well. Finished our project in one day. Would definitely come back for our next project.

Madelyn went out of her way to help me, I bought some tile for my new house and told her that I wanted to find some tile to match for the shower tub. To be honest, I thought it would be a 1 time transaction and just like any other company I would never hear back. Not only did I hear back, she emailed me ideas and found me the perfect tile for the shower floor! Incredible Customer Service and follow up. Truly rare experience! Way to Go, I will definitely be using Tile For Less as my go to shop for anything Tile. Michelle and the rest of the staff were on point as well. My favorite all you need in one tile shop by far. They have unique products and you get the knowledge and advice for free! I've done 5 DIY tile jobs and just pieced it together through YouTube. I explained my project and the staff gave me much better advice! In 10 minutes I learned more then hours of frustrating youtube videos that never matched my specific project. Great knowledgeable employees that you're not going to get at the big stores. I recommend to any DIYER.

I walked into the tile for less in Layton utah. Where I met with Connie after I explained to her that I needed to have 2 piece of back splash cut, that I had purchased elsewhere. My husband and I came into Tile for Less today after going to several big box stores. The owners were so helpful in every area! Not only did they offer suggestions for tile textures and colors but they were so knowledgeable about the safest way to waterproof and renovate a shower. Come here before you go anywhere else!

These guys are the real deal. I'm a cabinet contractor who needed to do my own tile. Many clients kept mentioning this store. These guys hooked me up with everything below big box store prices. In fact the Spanish tile was$3 less per ft than it was on sale at the homeless despot. Between that, the membrane,thinset etc... I saved $450 on 110ft of tile. In addition they pulled everything i needed and told me how to lay it. Top of the line products and service. Michelle was very helpful!

Outstanding customer service! We had a simple customer service need that I thought any tile store in the valley could provide, but only Tile For Less could do. While there, I was surprised at the selection available for tiles and the clear expertise of the team. After seeing the retail store and meeting the owners, I can confidently say that if you are someone who ‘swings into Home Depot because it’s convenient’, this the place you should now be going instead. This was well worth the longish drive in for my wife and I and I highly recommend.

I finished my bathroom remodel July 2022 and so happy of the results. I bought the 12X24 white and black tiles from Tiles for Less store. They had great prices for the quality of tile and color and polish appearances that I was looking for. I posted before and after pictures of the remodel. What an amazing difference!!

Once again I've been impressed with my shopping experience. These guys always have a great selection and I always feel secure knowing that I can trust their advice on my projects. I'm almost sad that my project is coming to an end. I look forward to the next one.

Pass the big box stores and go here first! They have tile in stock, no waiting or driving long distances. Staff very knowledgeable, will help with your designs or create a new one! Compare tile or flooring by SF. Big box store down the street more expensive but when comparing prices Tile For Less is best. Bring in any quote from other stores and see for yourself.

The tile is beautiful, and even though I have limited tile means, I was tempted to begin a lot of beautiful projects with beautiful tile. Great store. I could just sit there and bask in the wonderful tile.

Tile for less has a great selection of products and they keep great stock as well. Everyone there was super helpful, kind, excited to talk to us and very knowledgeable about the products. Overall the best store I’ve been to for tile flooring and more. Much better than the big box stores as well. I will shop here often.

First off, I should say how wrong we were about this place. I always assumed it was just a smaller store with less selection than other tile places, but mostly the same options. I'm so glad we were so wrong! We've been looking for tile for our backsplash for months, and nothing we found fit what we were looking for. There were at least 6 trips to Floor & Decor and countless samples we bought, but no luck. Finally fed up we decided to come here on the off-chance they had something different. As soon as we entered through the front door, there were people offering to help us. And we immediately saw several options that we liked so much more than anything we've seen so far. We took these samples home, and for the first time it looked right! We came back to order the tiles, and once again the customer service was phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with this place, or that we were wrong about it. Definitely recommend!

I had been looking for a type of porcelain tile for a year and finally found the perfect thing at Tile for less. Not only was it the exact thing I was looking for but it also came in under my budget. This store has great selection with great prices!

I think you can tell a lot about a company's customer service and desire to help people when you have something unusual that won't bring in a lot of money. I just needed one white 12x12 tile for a project and I couldn't find anyone local that could help me. I called here and the guy was super nice and told me he to come check to see the different options in their store. Most tile is now 12x24 but he had one piece with a marbled pattern where half of it was almost entirely white. He offered to use the tile saw to cut it in half for me without any additional charge and was just so pleasant! The fact that he'd be that willing to bend over backwards for someone paying less than $5 says a lot about this company. If I ever need tile for something you can bet this is the first place I'll look!

When I found Tile for Less I was so excited because they had everything I was looking for but couldn’t find at many other stores! Products are great at low prices. The customer service was amazing!!

We bought our lvp flooring from them. They were extremely helpful. The order came on time. We went back for grout and help putting up glass tile. Despite not buying the tile there, they took time to answer all our questions. Then we rented a tile cutter from them. All the staff was again helpful with instructions which made the tile job go smoothly. They were patient when it took a little longer than expected. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them before any of the other places.

Excellent service and products. We used them for our tile in our remodel and the knowledge and product was far superior to any of the bigger stores we’d been to. The pricing was also much better.

My husband and I were driving from Lowes to home Depot, looking for tiles for the backsplash in our kitchen. As we were driving we spotted tiles for less. Well we said "we can't just not check it out." So we swing in and look around. We weren't pounced on right away, but also weren't standing around waiting for help. We asked a few questions about tile, we were asked what we were looking for and were shown a option we really liked. We had still wanted to go check out home Depot just to make sure we weren't missing any option. After very little help at H.D. we said nope. We need to go back to Tile for Less. Not only did they help us with everything we needed one thing they didn't have in stock we were directed to where and what to get. Even though we couldn't buy from them. They went Above and beyond.

I discovered a toilet leak and had to pull some tiles to let the area dry out. I called Tile for Less and spoke with Alan. My experience with this business is that the miscreant that snagged my phone was in that area and I wasn,t able to find it. Just for public information, I had NO INTENTION at all to make this business look at all bad or disreputable in any way, shape or form, never have been to above business at all. For the record, I was attempting to track down a stolen cellular phone and it turned out that the last place that I could contact the device in any way was this place of business. They are super helpful. I bought a certain tile from them a while ago that ended up being discontinued so I went in today looking for one more tile that’s similar to what we had. The man helping me found me multiple options and even went to the back to look at what might match. Ended up finding a great option that worked great. Really appreciate the awesome customer service and knowledge.

I came one day to look at some vinyl, was helped quickly by the owner and she didn't even tell me she was the owner. Got an estimate and came back a few days later and got some burnt ash vinyl. While installing it noticed some of the planks were defective and brought those back and they traded those and made it right without any hesitation. Would definitely come here in the future . Our living room looks great now !

Tile for Less has the best customer service in Utah. I went in to Tile for Less to grab some tile for a backsplash that I liked on their website, and pretty much had no idea what else I needed. KC was quick to greet me and help me find the tile I wanted. Matt was also extremely helpful, as he helped me pick out the best looking grout color for the tile, and he even went as far as to graciously help me pick out everything I needed for the job. I would like to give a shot out to Antonio for the best help ever yesterday. I came in yesterday morning to get more tile for my bathroom. As I was there I ask if I could get a couple strips 1" wide cut out of a pice of my plank tile about 35" long she said it would be hard to do and she could not have it done tell Thursday. then she as Antonio about it . he was right on it!!! job will done thank you so much Antonio. they worked great. I will be doing more business with Tile for Less.

They are very friendly and helpful. Also they have good price for tiles. They gave me free sample grout to match my old grout which is helpful to make decision to get right kind.

Had a wonderful experience with this team and this location. We were redoing some existing tile in our house and we were completely clueless as to what tile would match our very orange wood fireplace mantel. (The existing tile is pinkish. We wanted to move FAR away from that.)I got some advice from an associate in-store who walked me around and showed me some options. I later exchanged lots of emails with Madelyn, one of the interior design consultants at Tile For Less, and her knowledge and advice were incredible! She pointed us in the design direction we ended up loving. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Tile 4 Less team. We are new to Utah and new to tackling re-tiling our shower. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and give great advice. It was clear immediately that they all have vast experience with tiling and genuinely wanted to help us with our project. They were helpful in assisting us with deciding on design/products. They have a wide variety of tile to choose from but not so much that it’s confusing and overwhelming. Their prices are comparable to larger, chain tile stores. We are happy to continue to support this small business with our future tile projects :)

GREAT customer service. I'm remodeling my bathroom and needed to rent a tile saw. It was a better saw and less expensive that both Lowe's and Home Depot. I rented it over the weekend and ran into a few issues on my project. They let me keep the saw to finish up and even stayed late so I could return it. Great customer service. They went above an beyond. I highly recommend for any of your tile needs.
