This is by far, the easiest, fastest, and most cost effective way to build a shower pan to the exact size and shape your space requires! We provide the order form, you fill in the measurements for the pan as well as the shower curb. We then have your pan and shower curb “printed” to the exact footprint with the perfect slope built right in. All you need to do is put into place, install drain, and waterproof fabric and you are home free. Detailed installation coaching is available from one of our experienced staff.

Custom Built Shower Pan Ready in Under 48 Hours
This is a high-density Styrofoam material custom printed to your exact measurements. No matter how strange the shape of your shower or how large, we are able to produce the perfect sloped shower pan for your needs. We pair the pan with the Ebbe bond flange drain which allows you to tile right over the pan in a single pitch! NO MORE MIXING HEAVY, DIRTY BAGS OF DECK MUD! No more fighting with an unruly rubber shower pan liner. In this system, we simply mortar a soft waterproof fabric over the top of the shower pan and curb, tape the seams to the wall board and you’re done. The shower curb is also custom made and has the perfect slope on the top, directing the water back into the shower. Even if you have never tiled before and have no idea how a shower pan works, you can confidently install your own safe, long lasting and waterproof shower pan. This is hands down, the easiest way for a DO-IT-YOURSELFER to install their own shower pan.
