Uses:

Tile, Most stones, Concrete, Masonry & Grout Surfaces.

Removes Cement Grout Haze & Residue, Efflorescence, Ground-in Dirt & Soil, Mineral & Hard Water Deposits, Mortar Haze & Residue, Rust stains, Soap Scum and more.

Can also be used to Etch Concrete.

Interior and Exterior applications

Directions:

Read entire label before using. Use only as directed. Always test in a small inconspicuous area to determine ease of application and desired results (see Limitations below)

Applications Steps:

1. Sweep or vacuum surface to be cleaned to remove any loose contaminants.
2. Use Buffered Acid Cleaner full strength or dilute with water to match cleaning needs (see Dilution Ratio Below)
3. Apply a liberal amount of water to surface to be cleaned.
4. Apply Buffered Acid Cleaner using a sponge, or a mop or brush.

Expert Tip: For large projects, divide working area into manageable sections of approx. 25 sq ft.

5. Allow Buffered Acid Cleaner to dwell on surface for 1 to 5 minutes on surface.
6. Agitate with a nylon scrub pad, or brush or other comparable non-marring scrubbing tool until contaminate or stain is removed from surface.
7. Thoroughly rinse surface with water. A wet/dry vacuum may also be used.
8. Some surfaces may require additional applications.

Expert Tip: High- pressure (1000-3000 psi) sprayers are highly effective at rinsing away contaminants and stains when used in conjunction with Buffered Acid Cleaner.

9. Wipe surface completely dry using a clean, dry, white cotton or micro-fiber towel.
10. If surface is to be sealed, allow 24 hours drying time prior to applying a high quality OMNI sealer see OMNI product Recommendation Guide).

Dilutions Ratio:

• Full Strength Buffered Acid Cleaner (non-diluted) for use as an “Extreme” Contaminant & Stain Cleaner.
• Mix 1 part Buffered Acid Cleaner to 2 parts Water for use as a Heavy-Duty Contaminants & Stain Cleaner.
• Mix 1 part Buffered Acid Cleaner to 5 parts Water for use as a Medium-Duty Contaminants & Stain Cleaner.
• Mix 1 part Buffered Acid Cleaner to 15 parts Water for use as a Light-Duty Contaminants & Stain Cleaner.

Quarts, Gallons (other sizes available by special order).

Coverage:

Approx. 500 to 2000 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the type of surface, porosity, texture, temperature, method of applications and dilution.

Compliance and Handling:

• Complies with all Federal, State and Local VOC regulatory requirements.
• Use and store between 40°F and 100°F (4°C and 38°C).
• Store in original container only and close after each use.
• Shelf life expected to be at least 1 year.

Limitations:

• May etch, lighten, or alter the color of cement-based surfaces, metal, natural stone (such as marble, limestone and other acid sensitive stones) and tile.
• Do not mix with ammoniated cleaners or bleach as harmful fumes may result.
• Prevent product from contacting surfaces such as carpet, glass, landscaping, metal, paint and wood.

Warnings:

MAY BE HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. MAY IRRITATE EYES AND SKIN. Wear skin and eye protection. If product gets in eyes, flush with after for at least 15 minutes. If product gets on skin, wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting, seek medical attention.
